Reconcile payout files locally in your browser

Payout Reconciler is designed as a file-first checking utility. You select the files on your device; parsing and comparison happen in the page.

What is not required

No Stripe login or Stripe API connection.
No bank login or bank-feed connection.
No upload of financial files or parsed transaction rows.

What the application processes

Selected CSV, XLSX, structured bank files, and tested-layout text PDFs are read through the browser File API. Results and loaded data remain in the current page memory and are cleared when the page is refreshed or reset.

Anonymous usage events

The pilot may record minimal aggregate funnel events such as page views and product actions. These events do not contain amounts, transaction dates, descriptions, filenames, payout IDs, bank references, account details, cookies, or persistent visitor identifiers. Optional technical diagnostics are off by default and use only the disclosed allowlist.

Safe diagnostics

If a format fails, the app can create a local diagnostic file after you click the control. It contains structural counts, detected format information, warning/error codes, and app version—not financial contents. Review it before choosing whether to share it with support.

Important: Local processing reduces exposure, but your browser, operating system, and network provider still have their own security responsibilities. Never send credentials or raw financial files to support.
